Terms of Service

We understand that the pandemic has created many unforeseen challenges. Deposits and Tour Tickets are non-refundable. If you have an emergency, please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] & our team will do our best to accommodate date changes. 

You acknowledge that you have received and read the terms and conditions and agree to these terms upon purchasing your ticket. 

Tour Cancellations and Terms:

We have an “All sales are final” policy. Situations vary case by case, so in some situations, we may be able to offer you a credit to be used at a later date. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.

Party Tours does not supply drinks. Bottle Service is non-refundable. You will not receive reserved seating unless you have pre-arranged bottle service with Party Tours or the venue in advance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicles. Please take your belongings with you upon exiting.

Transportation Charters Cancellations and Terms:

A minimum of 20% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve a Party Bus, and the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance that may be due for transportation must be paid in cash to the driver upon pickup before the commencement of the agreement. 

Our fleet is on a first-come, first-serve basis (by availability only), so we cannot guarantee changes once requested outside the original agreement. 

The client and passengers understand and agree they will be liable for all vehicle damage due to passenger negligence, including sunroofs, windows, and emergency exits. 

The client and passengers understand and agree that if they vomit in the vehicle, they will be held responsible for Hazardous cleaning fees in the amount of $500, payable immediately to Party Tours LLC. 

The client and passengers agree that Party Tours LLC has a No Smoking Policy. If they smoke in the vehicle, they will be held responsible for Hazardous cleaning fees in the amount of $500, payable immediately to Party Tours LLC. 

The client assumes total financial liability for damages to the vehicle caused during the rental duration by them or any party member. 

The client is responsible for any vehicle downtime caused by any damage during the rental time.

The client will be charged a minimum of $500 for damage to the vehicle’s seats, carpets, poles, or interior. 

Emergency Exits are to be used only in an emergency. Please do not tamper with the emergency exits, or you will be charged a $500 fee. 

No Food or Smoking (including Vapor Cigarettes) is allowed in the vehicles. 

Party Tours LLC is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Please make sure to take your items with you. 

The client is responsible for full fare if cancellation occurs within (14) days of the scheduled start date. 

We will not accept cancellations during the following events: CES, Nascar, EDC, New Year’s, Magic, and all federal holidays. 

If the charter is terminated for any reason other than the actions taken by Party Tours LLC client will forfeit the entire charter amount. 

Quoted rates do not include state entertainment or sales tax, park fees, airport fees, or gratuities. 

The client will be responsible for any citations due to standing up in the sunroof, hanging outside the windows, or standing on seats. 

The client understands that the Las Vegas desert heat is unpredictable, and A/C is incompatible with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. 

Party Tours LLC is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 

Party Tours LLC is not responsible for delays or termination caused by traffic conditions. 

By making this reservation, you agree to the abovementioned terms and conditions. 

The client authorizes Party Tours LLC to process credit cards on file for any outstanding balance, fees, or damages if necessary.


The client agrees to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings. 

The client further agrees to follow instructions or directions given by Party Tours Hosts/Hostesses, venue employees, representatives, drivers, or agents of Party Tours, LLC. 

The client recognizes that there are certain inherent risks associated with some activities. 

The client understands they are fully responsible for personal injury to themselves and injuries to others. 

The client understands they release and discharge Party Tours LLC for injury, loss, or damage arising out of the client’s presence within the Party Bus in which the client will be utilizing, whether caused by the fault of yourself, Party Tours, or other third parties. 

You agree to indemnify and defend Party Tours against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from your use or presence upon the facilities of Party Tours. 

You agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Party Tours caused by your negligent, reckless, or willful actions. 

Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in activities for which the client makes reservations shall be resolved under Nevada Law. 

You hereby agree to assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards associated with such use or participation, including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to yourself or others. 

In addition to the preceding, these risks include but are not limited to the following:

· the risk associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during the night hours, including transportation provided or arranged by Party Tours utilizing its own or some other commercial, private, and/or public motor vehicles

· intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol you consume

· the possibility of bodily injury from falling down, injuries incurred while getting on or off vehicles being used for the event, or being involved in physical altercations whether caused by yourself or someone else
